...See more I haven’t been back for a long time, hi everyone, but title says it all. I had extra money and I decided to purchase something for a good deal! And then almost immediately after I purchased it, my anxiety sprang up because it suddenly felt like too much. I always hate how anxiety instantly makes me regret purchases even though I know I won’t regret it. It’s so aggravating. But I’m hoping to get better about not listening to anxious thoughts and even a break from shopping should help me. I just needed to vent a little but I hope everyone has a good day or night!
