...See more A few months ago my ex gave me the engagement ring back, we had a 3 year relationship. Basically she didnt want to work on the relationship or communicate anything to me about how she was feeling. I was always good to her, yet struggled with depression due to the pandemic and at the time I was going through a rough patch at my job, buying a house and paying for a wedding was stressful enough. So she decided to call it quits. Now there are days where my anxiety is a bit rough on me and I am feeling the need of getting in touch with her again. However that will just lead to a rollercoaster of emotions.. I do miss the idea of her that I made in my mind, yet I know its my ego playing games with me. Sometimes I feel a bit lost.
