I'm a member and recently a chat popped up in my chat list labelled as "Therapy Request", on opening it I saw there was a bot typing, but its scared me since I did not opt for any kind of therapy or so. I haven't clicked on any kind of therapy links either, and we're charged for using therapy I think..so I'm really in doubt. Can someone please help at the earliest? It'd be really great! :) Again..I haven't opted or chosen for any kind of therapy.. Thanks
