...See more I started binge drinking 3 years ago after a mental breakdown in an abusive relationship. I left him, moved away, started a new life, started working out and eating healthy and was sober. Then I met my new husband who is absolutely fantastic! But it triggered my past trauma to be in a healthy relationship after toxic ones and I hit the bottle again. It’s been 1.5 years and I am so ready to be done with booze! It’s disgusting. It’s changed my looks and ruined my health. The cravings get to be so bad and I give in again. I cannot ruin my new marriage with alcohol. I have too much to lose.
