We are all humans, a poor species that needs love to survive.
Please, if you don't feel right, don't be alone, don't isolate yourself. It is so important...
I am maybe not a professional and I have my own problems. However, they have helped me to be more empathic.
I have some medical knowledge since I am in med school. But I am not a psychiatrist and I can't give you an answer to your worries.
