This guy knew exactly what I had been through and we helped to form an action plan for tackling it. Not only did the immediate conversation help me but it helped me to have a longer term objective to fix the overall issues. I know it won't be easy and I know I will probably need to come back to be bolstered again but it has helped enormously.
Aside from this he was a great listener, not jumping to an answer until he understood the points. I came here with anxiety with underlying depression. I can now tackle my day ahead of me.
