...See more Hi!! I'm new here and I actually really glad to be here. I have been diagnosed with bipolar and ADHD since 1 year ago, also my psychiatrist says that there is a possibility of BPD since 3 months ago, but it still in observation. I have some problem in taking medication. It has been 1 year that I've been taking medicine like mood stabilizer and anti-psychotic. Actually it really helps me and it makes me better. If I compare me now and me from 1 year ago, there are so much improvement and I really glad about it. But I have some problems with taking medication since 2 weeks ago. I'm getting tired of taking medication and my spirit of being better is getting down than at my first time going to the doctor. I feel that there's no significant change in my body and mind after I took all of that medicine and the amount is really make me feel nausea. Without realizing, I began to skip my medicine and it just make me feel worse than before. I have bad thoughts and feeling down all day and can't focus in my study and work. It's really bothering me that I want to be better but in the other side, I'm getting tired of taking medicine. I want to ask if any of you have the same experience and how to cope with it ? I know the best way is that I should take my medicine again, but if there's another way that I can do while taking my medicine to be better, I really like and glad to hear it. Thanks for reading my story!! Hope you all have a good day today!!
