...See more Hey guys, first of all, sorry for my English. This is not my first language. I diagnosed myself, unfortunately. I was an athlete, but three years ago I lost someone who was very important for me and then I gained almost 70-73 pounds. Because whenever I feel lonely, sad, angry etc I immediately start eating and still I don't know how to stop it. I feel ugly and start to eat, and because I was eating I feel ugly and fat... I want to get out of this cycle. I eat crying every night, every moment is unhappy. Please, please help me...
