...See more I like to journal a lot to reflect on situations in my life. I am not sure if I have gotten to the point where it is helping me to heal or if it is bad for me? The most recent situation has to do with a break up. I keep reflecting on what happened how they feel, how they might feel, their actions, and my actions. I'm not sure if this is helping me to move on or making me create a story in my head that isn't true. It's changing the way I feel.
