...See more Recently i have been diagnosed with bpd .Getting to know about the diagnosis was uncomfortable yet relieving at the same time. I get to know about the reason behind the action in the past . Soon i will be taking the therapy too . Wanted to know other people journey of healing and getting therapy for bpd.
