Trypophobia

...See more I've been struggling with phobias for many years, but the worst phobia is Trypophobia (a fear of holes). I will see advertisements online and the images will make me physically ill, or see something while driving and it will set off a panic attack and I will need to pull over to calm myself down. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to control my phobia? It's getting to the point I can barely function.
