Hey there, and welcome to 7 Cups!
I'm Ally, and i'm a trained active listener here on 7 cups. This means i'm here to allow you to be able to talk about any problems or feelings you may have in a safe and confidential space, or just have a chat if you're feeling a little down!
I mainly help support people with problems relating to relationships, BPD (borderline personality disorder), stress, LGBTQ+ sexuality and depression; however that doesn't mean you can't approach me if you don't think your problem fits into any of those categories as i'll try my best to help you through them or help you find someone who has experience in the problem.
I try to be online every evening and throughout the day whenever i have some spare time, however i do have work and thus may not be as active on certain days, however that doesn't mean you can't leave me a message; as i will respond as soon as i have access to my phone or computer.
