Bio

I have struggled with severe anxiety my entire life, up until rather recently they had been managed on my own. My panic attacks finally escalated to episodes of depersonalization and derealization as well as developing PTSD from those episodes. I am prescribed Zoloft for that now and I just want to help others who feel alone, because I fully understand how it feels to feel alone.
