...See more Are blackouts a symptom of depression? I’m starting to have moments that I forget. I can feel them in real time, but they are a little fuzzy. And I almost feel detached from my own body. Then later on I don’t really remember what I said. Should I be worried?

...See more I miss the way I used to feel I hate this feeling of never being enough or always screwing up. My family doesn’t know how to handle it, and they don’t realize by asking me what I want them to do, they are pushing me further away. I don’t know what I want or need. Why do I have to come up with all of the solutions when I don’t even know how? I feel like it’s not helping when people just say, “what do you want me to do?” Or “I don’t know what you want me to say.” I don’t need anyone to say or do anything other than just be there. Just be present. Is that too much to ask?
