...See more I'm having a hard time sleeping right now I don't take sleeping meds I'm in pain I cannot get comfortable I'm just trying to figure out a way for me to figure out fall asleep if there's any suggestions that I should try without medication took medication last night and I slept great but The drowsy effects I don't like it so that's why I need suggestions please let me know

...See more Been very unhappy the last couple of days I've been in a lot of pain a lot of chronic pain I think I injured myself a couple days ago and all of a sudden I can feel like a lot of like pressure in between my shoulder blades that connects to my neck to my spine which already have a spine injury and it's not looking so good I have chronic headaches everyday I can't get rid of them I try you know nothing I can do
