softEyes34 is an exceptional listener. The light he brings into my life brings optimism and hope into what dark and depressing times I've had. He doesn't just hear, but really listens to my issues and comes up with ways to help me. Even though I'm hard to deal with at times, he's managed to mold me into a slightly better person. He deserves gratitude for all those he's helped see the brightness in what are normally dark, twisted times.
softEyes34 is what I consider to be a kindred spirit. He has been my rock throughout my struggles currently going on and has been patient with my slightly less than kind responses. He was able to put a positive spin on every bad decision I've made (which have been quite plentiful) even when they really were just horrible. He has an optimistic view on the world and no darkness which really helps me view my situation on life differently. He's always there when I need someone and he is helping me make better decisions for the future. He deserves recognition for his efforts that have no doubt been beneficial to not only myself, but I'm sure many others.
This listener really understands the principle of active listening. They did a amazing job of helping me get through a tough time by asking the right questions to help me bring what I needed to be actively thinking about to help me get through it the best possible way. They just cared and sat with me instead of telling me what to do.
