...See more Here are some ways to spread positive vibes:  Practice gratitude: Start each day by thinking of five things you're grateful for, and at least one person you're grateful to have in your life.  Be kind: Doing kind acts can add positivity to your life, and the positivity you feel will also extend to the person you're being kind to.  Smile: Smiling can put you and the people around you in a better mood.  Think positively: Thinking positively can lead to positive emotions, which can lead to positive actions.  Use affirmations: Affirmations can help you focus on solutions rather than problems, which can improve your mindset and help you carry more positive energy.  Set goals: Set goals and break them into smaller, more manageable pieces. Achieving these smaller goals can boost your confidence.  Practice self-kindness: Practice self-kindness and look for the good in others.
