Hello! My name is Danielle, and I decided to be a 7 Cups listener to help people like me (cliche, I know). I've struggled for years with severe anxiety that has manifested itself in several harmful ways, including self harm. If you have an anxiety disorder or other mental illness (I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) then hopefully we could connect.  I've also been involved in sexual assault advocacy and awareness including my own healing.  I can talk to you about relationships, love, sex, family, self harm, anxiety troubles, trauma, etc, OR I can be a great listener if you just want to vent.  I'm a 25 year old woman from the United States.  I'm currently working on my Masters of Social Work and living in a major city. I love cats, wine, conspiracy theories, memoirs, arts and crafts, chocolate, and many other things beautiful and interesting about life.
