...See more When I eat I normally say "I am full" but then I stop and don't eat for 3 to 4 hours and it's almost time for bed. Almost every night I eat so much that I feel like throwing up so I drink some water and just puke in my mouth a bit a few times though. But I have NO control over it I'll tell myself no but it's like I'm paralyzed and just eat and eat and eat. I want it to stop so my weight-loss journey can be successful this time.
