I was a Direct Care Worker for an Adult Foster Care Facility. Due to health issues, I had to resign 2 years ago. I have training in both CPI and MANDT for verbal deescalation techniques. I dealt with many different types of individuals. Age ranges from 18-70. Individuals' male and female and those who weren't sure who they were. I along with team members, management and other care givers provided individuals with unbiased and non-judgmental services. My physical strength has been removed, yet my mind and compassion are fully intact. I know I bring a lot to the table and would be an asset to your organization. it is my pleasure to reconnect with my talents of helping individuals.
