I am a mom of an adopted teen that has recently been diagnosed with depression, anxiet and hypersensitivity. Living in a country where mental health carries a negative stigma with it, I hope to help her and other in the same position as her. Having suffered depression, bullying and suicide attempts myself, I can relate to what she is feeling.
