...See more im monica from the philippines, ive been depressed for a few weeks now, it started with a break up from my first boyfriend and now its more of an issue on my lack of self confidence/esteem... the lack of self confidence has always been an issue for me, holding me back from excelling in school and now work... at this moment i am also currently unemployed although i try to do some part time work whenever i can.. i've been doing better since i started therapy, and my friends and family have been supportive through the whole process... i'm just wondering why is it that i feel so lonely when i have all this support around me, does it mean i really am looking for a romantic relationship? or does everyone feel this way too? like overwhelming loneliness even when there is plenty of people supporting you?
