...See more Hi everyone,  I just wanted to share a few videos which I find help with my anxiety and I know many of the people I speak to in 1-2-1 chats often find that meditation and relaxing music can often relieve their anxiety. When I was at university, I had to get support for my anxiety, which involved weekly meetings with mental health specialist. In our sessions we would do a ten minute/ twenty minute meditation exercises and she recorded them for me so that I could listen to them as often as I needed. Unfortunately I can't upload those specific ones, but prior to being given the CD, I decided to look online for some videos which would help. Everyone is different when it comes to anxiety and how to relieve their anxiety, but I find these videos, in particular, are very useful. Feel free to try these out and see which ones work for you. I was also told to make time in my day to listen to these videos and help me relax, which is why I like the shorter meditation videos, because I can always spare 10-20 minutes to use them. Make it a regular thing if you feel you need that relief from a day when you have been really struggling from your anxiety.   If anyone has any more videos or similar resources which help them, feel free to share in this forum, I would be happy to hear more.
