Hey, I’m just a girl who enjoys deep conversations and just being there for people when they need to talk. I’m pretty calm, open-minded, and a good listener. Here to support however I can.

“Thinking” – Critical Thinking in an Emotionally Charged World

...See more Let’s be honest—thinking clearly is hard when emotions are high. Whether it’s political debates, personal conflicts, or even social media overload, the ability to think critically and maintain perspective is more important than ever. I used to believe critical thinking was just about analyzing facts, but I’ve come to see that it’s also about managing complexity. It’s asking: What’s the full picture here? Who’s missing from this conversation? And most importantly: What biases am I bringing in? Long-term thinking also plays a huge role. We’re often so focused on reacting in the moment that we forget to step back and ask: “Where is this headed?” The best thinkers I know are those who don’t rush. They hold space for uncertainty and are okay with not having all the answers right away. That’s something I’m working on—becoming more of a “sense-maker” than just a debater. Because sometimes, the wisest thing we can say is “I don’t know yet.” How do you personally stay grounded in critical thinking when emotions or bias try to take over?

“Being” – Navigating Integrity in a Noisy World

...See more Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to live with integrity, especially when it feels like we’re constantly pulled in a hundred different directions. For me, it’s not just about telling the truth or sticking to my values—it’s about showing up as the same person, regardless of who’s watching. In a world full of comparison and pressure to perform, how do we stay rooted in our “inner compass”? I’ve realized that for me, it’s about slowing down. Being fully present. Noticing when I feel off and gently asking, “Is this really me?” That moment of self-awareness is often the difference between acting from alignment or from anxiety. But this isn’t always easy. When we’re anxious or overwhelmed, openness and presence feel like luxuries. That’s why I think self-awareness and authenticity aren’t one-time achievements—they’re practices. Daily ones. Like journaling, reflection, or even just pausing before reacting. I’d love to hear how others navigate this too. When was the last time you felt completely in sync with your inner values? What small daily habits help you stay aligned with your authentic self?
