Why am I here?
Depression is so common that people don't talk about it and they would rather shove it under the rug. No matter how small is the problem, it can lead to bigger things.
I found out that sometimes the only thing we need is someone to talk to and someone who's willing to listen to us. Talking about your problem is a powerful thing to do, and sometimes talking about it to a stranger helps you to open up more. I won't judge in any way, as I know each person has their own limit in dealing with their situation. If you are having a hard time talking about your problem, no worries, take your time, I'm all ears.
My struggles don't have the power to stop me from doing something meaningful in my life.
