...See more I feel really alone right now because this is one of the big moments where I'm really realizing that I could have a strong case of social anxiety. I've known that I've always been really shy around people and a lot of group situations, but tomorrow I'm going to the movies and I know it will be packed full of people and I'm going with one of my friends and I honestly haven't felt so stressed in my life. Sounds dumb right? I just need help on how to coop with this. Also noting that I've had multiple panic attacks from social situations. I just don't know what to do can someone help me.
