...See more I am not coping with my depression well at all. I feel so empty and disconnected to world that I don’t even feel human most of the time. I feel like robot. I feel like I have no thoughts or personality. I feel like life is empty and meaningless. I don’t know how to fix myself. I am on medication and I am trying to start therapy but I just don’t if the type of therapy will be right for me.
