...See more I had a pretty awful week. I. had a plan for serious self-harm, had a welfare check, I 'm told, ended up in the ER for 26 hours, then on a 72 hr emergency hold, attempted suicide while I was in the ER, and then went to the psych unit for four more days. When I got home, and tried to rejoin my life, I felt like a member of my mental health team didn't care that I had made that attempt. I depend on her, and she has always been great with me, so now I feel even more abandoned than before, and am worried about what I am going to do next.
