...See more my mental health has been on a bit of a downward spiral recently and as per my career, I am unable to sh myself but I’ve noticed recently I’ve resorted to skipping or refusing my medication (I have diagnosed MDD, GAD, ADHD) which I’m not sure really counts as self harm but I’m definitely doing it to torture myself and revel in the fact that I feel worse and in constant survival to distract myself from feeling anything else… any suggestions to stop this slash hold myself accountable because right now just changing my mindset alone is not strong enough.
