I need advice on how to deal with trauma.

...See more I have never had anyone to talk about this with, although it has caused me so much grief in life. No one has ever believed me. Since I was five, my cousin molested me and raped me until she moved away when I turned ten. As soon as she left, my younger step sister started to molest me. It ended when I turned 13. Then when I was 14, my boyfriend raped me. No one in my family believes me. I can't even talk to my "friends". If i mention anything, they call me a liar and an attention seeker. Please, what do I do? It hurts so much. I have nightmares about these events regularly. I just want the pain to end. I feel disgusting, and all I want to do is cry. How do you deal with you past traumas?
