...See more Hey guys I have relied alot on family and therapy for bringing me back to the now and staying stuck in the flash backs. I have currently split with my boyfriend after he told me that PTSD isn't a real thing and that I'm just being dramatic. I was wondering does anyone have any technics that have helped them and may help me. Currently having a rough time with flashbacks and anxiety attacks so anything would be grateful!
