...See more I genuinely feel like I'm fed up watching myself struggle with this cycle around my human need for nutrition and my shame around accepting allowing tasty foods and accepting allowing nutrition I'm done feeding the shame around my human being I can't afford losing myself to this cycle I'm done with it I'm done questioning my body every single time this cycle is not worth fighting I'm so much more than my pain I'm fed up with punishing myself for eating and gaslighting myself that it's not okay I'm done submitting to the shame of taking care of my health this cycle isn't worth staying in I'm so much more and I deserve a good life I'm done
