...See more I experienced a panic attack this afternoon and I have no idea what triggered it. I was having a really good day and out of nowhere my anxiety overwhelmed me. Nothing special on my mind. Usually I can understand where the flare came from but I just don’t understand this episode. Now I’m worried about having attacks for no reason.
