I’m someone who genuinely cares about people and the experiences they carry. My passion for mental health comes from both my personal journey and my role as a parent to a teen navigating anxiety. I understand how overwhelming emotions can feel, and I strive to be a calm, supportive presence for others during those moments. I’m currently a graduate of the Community Service and Addiction Worker program, and building a coaching practice to support families and youth. I’m excited to continue learning and growing through meaningful connection and support.
