Thank you for finding my profile. We all are being challenged every day in our lives with this or that lesson that life is teaching us. No matter how we are feeling about it in the moment, it is still happenning. Acceptance and forgiveness are the forces that can help us deal with daily life lessons.If you are feeling positively uplifted or completely drained and discouraged, I am here to listen and offer support in dealing with the feelings and emotions that might arise. In my free time I enjoy programming, yoga and cooking.

...See more After growing up and becoming an adult with CSA during chilhood is a tough enough event. So, you remembered (or not), came to terms with the abuse (or not) and now you are ready to move on and heal. The question is: "How do I learn to communicate healthily and have healthy attachments, after having learned the opposite?" The answer is available. Excersises. Yes, talking, thinking, talking again. Processing. Allowing the new axons and dendrites to develop and grow. Learning the new pathways. The new ways of dealing with the same situations.
