...See more Hello, I guess I’ve never made a post on here before so I’m a bit nervous. Life has been a wreck for me lately, with my dog passing away, all my friends leaving me, as well as my doctor telling me I should stop being on meds (the side effects have been too much for me) i know that I should seek therapy but it’s really expensive where I’m from, which is why I’ve been relying on medication for the past 2 years to ease my depression. Lately it’s been getting worse and I wake up feeling like “what’s the point of everything?” anyway my question is what am I supposed to do to keep going? I have creative interests but lately it’s been hard to think about anything other than my depression. I feel like I’ve hit a really low point
