When I was at my lowest, I had no one to talk to, no idea whatsoever of any sort of online community like 7cups. I would've loved to have someone, but I'm even more grateful to be able to listen to others and help them. I am student of psychology. It's taught me to be non-judgemental, to be there, to not be preachy, and most of all, to listen.
