❖ My reason for becoming a listener
I know what it feels like to sit in the dark and feel completely alone. I have had my own mental health struggles, and I realised how much a single person's understanding can matter.
If I can make someone's night even 1% easier, and help even a single person feel heard through a tough night, then that is all the reason I need to be here.
