I need help for strange mental health issue

...See more I got excessive eye blinking habit when I was 13 and I was bullied. After that I started to monitor myself and others to escape from bullying. Then I tried to control it . Now I am 26 and blinking habit had gone but I constantly check my facial expressions, body and others like where I look, how I am looking, is anybody noticing me . I get urge to check myself and others and surrounding people frequently without any reason. I am aware of myself and others all the time even if i don't want. Whenever I feel I am looking someone or surroundings too much i control my gaze or head. When I control gaze or head movement or prevent myself from looking then my head, shoulder and stomach tightens bcz of anxiety may be and looking someone or some place without any reason is weird and bcz of past bad memories my brain has learnd this new pattern. I get tension headache also . I zone out too much . I lost natural behaviour and forgot how to be natural around people and I am scared wt if i look someone too much or wrongly. My brain is on alert always even though there is no danger or threat. I tried therapy also but didn't work out . Any suggestions?
