...See more I've been dealing with anxiety for a while now and am always looking for new things that could help such as apps. When I came across 7 Cups of Tea I was very intrigued by the idea of interacting with other people who have the same problems as me and how everyone helps each other out. So of course I downloaded it and am so glad I did! It's a life changing app and I really hope more people find out about it so people who are having problems ca find the help they need <3
