In my free time, I enjoy spending hanging out with my wife and child, and as we live in this cute little home in the shadow of a mountain named after a mouse (for real!), within hearing distance of the waves breaking on the beach, we are outside often. I watch movies, read books sitting beneath our three cats, or walk our dog at the estuary close to our home.

In my coaching practice, the bulk of my listening and coaching time is spent with people working through depression, trauma, dealing with divorce, and GLBTQI+ people who are settling into who they are, or finding their space in which they're different to how society thought they ought to be.
