...See more Does anyone have any tips on how to fix self esteem or how I can enjoy things that I used to. For the last year I've been feeling so down and I don't know why. It's like I just lost my spark and I feel so unmotivated to do things I don't know what happened. I'm really happy when I'm with friends but then when I'm alone I just feel so down and useless. It's become so mentally exhausting and it's definitely showing through my actions at home. And I'm not the best at laying my emotions out on the table. If anyone could provide any tips or daily habits that they've done that has helped them through a situation like this it would be much appreciated if you shared them :D
