...See more Hi I think I have ADHD I've never been diagnosed because I've never consulted a specialist as it's considered a taboo in my country (still can't ATM) it has gotten worse over the past 4 years I can't even concentrate in one to one conversations like I use too I even resulted to smoking which helped to some extent but is obviously Very bad so I stopped but it wasn't easy. I've also developed maladaptive daydreaming Which has made things even more difficult for me . I'm 19. ‎what do you reckon that I do? And what medication should I be taking? ‎cheers ‎mary
