My own experiences with self-harm and domestic violence have shaped who I am and given me a deep understanding of how difficult it can be to feel alone, unheard, or without support. Having been through these experiences myself, I want to use what I have learned to help others feel less alone and remind them that their experiences do not define their future. I hope to offer compassion, understanding, and a safe space for people who may be struggling, while helping them recognise their own strength and find the support they deserve.
