...See more does anyone else feel invalid? ive been self harming for a few months but it doesn’t feel like it’s too bad bc it’s not even that much, and i feel like i should try to quit because i thought i almost got an infection (it wasn’t an infection in the end thankfully) and freaked out, and i don’t want to have visible marks when it’s warm outside, but i also feel like my struggles with it won’t be valid if i stop now you know? i know it doesn’t make sense but it’s just how i feel
