I’m a mom of two little girls who drive me insane but are my motivation to get better. Childhood trauma survivor, wife of a chronically ill spouse and one of 6 kids and experienced a lot of loss. I e been diagnosed with depression for about 8 years now and constantly trying to win the uphill battle with it.
