Hi! I'm Tessa, a high school student, athlete, and music lover. Living with anxiety and ADHD has helped me understand that everyone is carrying something you can't always see from the outside. I've learned how valuable it can be to have someone who listens without judgment, and that's one of the reasons I wanted to volunteer with Seven Cups. My goal is to provide a kind, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and a little less alone.
