I love to help people going through any problems that they may be experiencing in their life because i went through a lot of things myself such as self-harm, depression, anorexia, and bullying. ...See more Welcome to the Smile Project. Anything can make you smile. A text you received. A flower you saw. A dog who played happily. A cloud who made a funny shape. The simplest thing can make you smile. But some days you're sad. Everyday, write down 5 things that made you smile, Those days when you're sad, you can just go back, and relive that small moment that put a smile on your face. Join the Smile Project. Rules: 1. Everytime you smile, write down what made you smile 2. Then write it on here 3. If you have more than 5 things that made you smile that's okay but the minimum is 5 and if you don't have 5 then go out and find things that make you happy and make you smile. 4. The smile project is daily so everyday try to do it. Koin the smile project you never know how many people you can save just by giving them one happy moment
