...See more every time i feel breathless and overwhelmed, all I do is out on some headphones and play feel-good music (like One Republic, Crash Adams, Anne-Marie) and slowly i just focus on singing or humming along to the music which helps me forget any disturbance in my nerves and understand that there's more to life than one bad moment. what do you think ?
