...See more Hi, call me A. Female(23) for years I’ve struggled with my weight.. At one point i was addicted to food, it was my comfort, literally my safe space. I was & am becoming a emotional eater again. When inconveniences happen to me, or when I’m home just bored this is when I eat the most. Last year,I finally got my mind right & lost over 50 pounds. Lately I’ve been slacking hard and I’ve gained weight back. I don’t go out, I turn invitations down and stuff because I’m SOOO self conscious of my body. My boyfriend and I were going walking every day, but he works 12 hour shifts & he is so tired when he gets off, & it leaves me to having to go alone when I don’t want too, because I feel comfy when he’s near. I’ve been so depressed lately and I just want to start over. I have no friends and I’m not close with family so I’m hoping to find someone who’s trying to lose weight as well. I am starting off with a fast. I want to start holding myself accountable and get some mental clarity. I hope to find someone that don’t mind supporting each other, checking in and just doing this together. Video calling to exercise together, weight check ins, mental health check ins, etc. It’s hard trying to stay motivated.
